The RoleThe RoleA leading Master Planners based in Egypt are seeking to increase their Multi-cultured team. One of the largest Egyptian private developers seek a landscape Facilities General Manager to deliver planned projects in the Med Sea. The Director of FM responsible for all communal areas within 5* Hotels, Marina and Shopping mall developments requires a Senior Fm willing to relocate to Egypt. The right candidate needs to have the capacity to manage different tasks and manage all maintenance staff as well as soft services. Must be able to control budgets and have a high sense of energy. |
RequirementsRequirements• Bachelor's degree in basic Management required. • Essential to already be based in the Middle East and to have worked on large scale master planned sites. • Must have impressive management skills. • Must have the ability to direct all maintenance staff for operations such as swimming pools, utility systems, irrigation, pumping as well as machinery maintenance. • Large scale work environment experience required. |
