Job description / Role
This leading company is looking for a GM, Lubricants to control their lubricants division within the Middle East. This will start as a heavy Business Development role with broad General Management exposure in addition.
- Exercising Budgetary controls.
- Develop group wide lubricant strategy that utilizes the enormous resources and the infrastructure of the group – People, brand name and network of assets
- Authorization of Sales and marketing activities.
- Strengthening relationship with customers and bringing in new clients.
- Develop a network of distributors in the Middle East, Africa and Central and South East Asia.
- Monitoring of Trade Account Receivables.
- Liaison with Blender and Packaging supplier for timely deliveries.
- Visit overseas customers / distributors and develop sales promotional schemes to promote the company.
Requirements
* Hold a Degree from reputable university.
* Have 15 years relevant experience.
* Basic knowledge and exposure to Lubricants blending will be an added advantage
* Proficient, hands on experience
* SAP experience is highly beneficial.
* Computer literacy and fluency in Arabic and English are essentials for this position.
