The RoleThe Role1. Develop and implement the company’s marketing vision and strategies to help achieve increased footfall resulting in higher sales. 2. Plan and implement promotions, initiate major marketing tie ups, negotiate advertising packages. 3. Coordinate with agencies in planning and implementing media events and corporate PR. 4. Plan and implement media plans for all brands and divisions to achieve awareness and growth of brand equity. 5. Oversee the CRM program and develop loyalty program for the organization. 6. Propose e-commerce initiatives to expand channels of revenue. |
RequirementsRequirements1. Degree in Marketing (MBA)/ Advertising / Mass communications. 2. 10 years experience in marketing management, advertising, public relations, and communications in the GCC region. 3. Knowledge of current practices in advertising, PR, events and sales promotions, and market research. 4. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills & interpersonal skills. 5. High level of creativity, with good analytical skills. |
