Job description / Role
Overall responsibility for P&L and performance of the Business Unit and administration.
In depth understanding of the product pricing, cost structure, sourcing background and full P&L management experience.
Lead and manage the optimal utilization of existing & new product portfolio.
Responsible for strengthening brand presence, recognition and value within the Health, Food Supplements and Nutrition industries.
Requirements
Minimum 10+ years executive management (P&L) experience..
10-15+ years progressive management experience to include sales & marketing and operations.
Nutritional, natural, food and/or health-positive consumer products channel experience required.
Strong sales & marketing strategy and implementation.
Experience in varied company ownership and organizational structures.
