Job description / Role
General Manager Pre-Construction – Delhi, India
Our client is one of the world’s leading construction and civils contractors operating internationally. They have several high profile projects world-wide and are even now expanding their international presence, utilising their reputation and experience in quality flagship projects to make an impact globally.
They have a huge presence in India and are leading the market in the construction of prestigious mega projects.
A highly experienced and accomplished Pre-Construction Manager is required to oversee the corporate Estimating Department – leading a team of Estimating Managers and Estimators and leading / managing tenders pan-India.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and substantial experience running bids on megaprojects either in the Middle East or India – managing large teams of Estimators and Surveyors. The role will involve a lot of travelling but will be based in Head Office in Delhi.
Requirements
Pre-requisites:
- At least 20 years experience in the industry
- Experience leading/managing tenders on megaprojects in India or MENA region
- Experience in India – managing a department of Indian nationals
- A stable background – extensive pre-construction experience
