This role is based in Germany
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a very large freight forwarder in Germany as their General Manager
Reporting to the Board you will have complete budget and operational management experience, you will manage the entire site in Germany and keep constant communication with senior board managers.
You will formulate business plans for short term and long term business objectives
implement growth and development
Give Direction for formulation of plans budgets policies and marketing, and operational and financial sectors, Staff and team management.
Identify new market segments
This is working for a Shipping Agency
Requirements
Candidates must be German or Dutch
Candidates must have a solid background in shipping/agency/freight forwarding/logistics experience.
Candidates must have budget and operational management experience
You will have complete operational experience of a logistics agency
You must have worked for a large company or have been in a position where you were very senior and had a wide array of roles within that field
You must have specific account management strategy experience within agency experience
