The RoleThe RoleThe Company: Apply now to be part of this exciting opportunity to lead this new mixed use retail & leisure development based in Dubai. Given the competitive nature of mall retailing in Dubai this new development will have many points of difference which will provide a competitive edge. Key Responsibilities: Preparation of annual budget and business strategy for the Mall Provide day to day management of the centre and management of dedicated staff Provide effective communication with the tenants and knowledge of individual leasing contracts & terms Involvement in tenant negotiations both new and renewals Identify & resolve areas of issues with tenants Provide effective strategic marketing plans through the dedicated Marketing teams both in house and external agencies Chair regular executive committee meetings Liaise with external contractors on necessary works Overall responsibility for the security, health & safety & risk management assessments through your team |
RequirementsRequirementsExperience Required: A minimum of 10 years Senior Shopping Mall management with recent experience of managing a large multi faceted complex Experience in opening a new or refurbishment of existing Shopping Mall a sincere advantage Proven leadership and people management are critical for this role A business / marketing or property related Degree of qualification Strong fiscal management and proven abilities in preparing budgets and meeting required targets / deadlines Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills Confident, adaptable and self confident style you will be diplomatic in ensuring win-win outcomes |
