Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an experienced and established real estate / leisure developer and operator in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire a General Manager of a Theme Park currently in development. The organisation has a number of ongoing projects making it a very progressive and exciting working environment.
As General Manager you will be responsible for all departments, including core operations (guest services, security etc), food and beverage operations, retail operations, support functions (marketing, HR, finance, etc) and maintenance/FM.
Requirements
The successful candidate should be presently working in a General Manager / President of Operations position for a large theme park with a well respected operator from the USA / Singapore / Hong Kong / China / France / Germany / UK. Being involved from the outset in the development of a theme park would be highly beneficial. It is essential you have a proven track record communicating and operating at this level for a minimum of 10 years.
