The RoleThe RoleWe have a client based here in Dubai, a group of companies looking to hire General Manager for their Paper Factory (Tissue Converting Plant). The group is based here in Dubai but the Factory and the post are based in Angola. Manage the entire production activities of a state of the art tissue paper mill. The candidate must have a minimum 5 years of General Management experience in tissue converting plant. Oversees all aspects of operations within the factory ( HR, Finance, production, logistics. etc.) Reports to the CEO Responsible for maintaining a smooth flow of work between departments and for resolving interdepartmental conflicts. Assures that the company stays on schedule with regard to production and meets or exceeds the goals set by the CEO. Full P/L responsibility |
