The Role

The leading transport and logistics organisation has been established since the 1960sf in Saudi Arabia and is key division of a diverse Saudi group. The organisation is in a period of change and growth; as a result an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Manager has arisen.
Based in Dammam this is a key leadership role that will utilise all aspects of your general management skills. Key areas of responsibility include;
- Strategize marketing / business / development / operations / projects and to direct the activities to ensure achievement of respective sales targets and business plans.
- Responsible to enhance the reputation and relationship of the company with key customers and accounts in order to further the division's business interests.
- Manage and motivate the operations, projects and other personnel in order to synergise their efforts to the achievement of the target

Requirements


Requirements

Essential to this role is a Degree in Logistics Management, ideally with a post graduate qualification in Management. You will have 8 + years experience in senior management of a reputed organization in the trucking / logistics business.
Experience of Strategic Planning, Team Management and business development are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a expanding organisation in a key role.
