The RoleThe RoleMy client is a leading MNC who is a specialist water provider, delivering complete turnkey solutions focusing on water and its related infrastructure. They have recently established their new office in KSA, based out of Jeddah, and is currently looking for a GM to lead their Saudi operation. The GM will be reporting to the CEO and will be responsible in building and leading a team The GM will also be responsible for leading the business development, play a key role in all competitive tenders (RFP/RFI processes) to include structuring, pricing, client management, Oversee all projects (through the project management team), Relationship Management of the internal stakeholders (Shareholders, owners of the company, Board of Directors) and be responsible for the P&L of the Saudi operation. |
RequirementsRequirementsDegree in Engineering (Preferably) MBA is preferred Arabic speaking a very strong preference Water experience essential, construction and Oil and gas a benefit. Strong character, a real “leader”, experienced in managing their way through the red tape of Saudi. Must be full of energy, proactive, hands on and commercially astute Experience in working in KSA is strongly preferred Good contacts and connections in KSA within the water industry Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must P&L experience |
