Position Location : Dammam, KSA

As a key member of the Middle East and Asia/Asia Pacific Senior Management Team, the General Manager – Saudi Arabia will report to the Managing Director MEAAP and assume a strategic role in the overall management and development of the Saudi Arabia testing business. The General Manager will have primary responsibility for planning, executing, managing and controlling all activities in the Saudi Arabia business. This will include direct responsibility for administration, profit and loss of the business unit, growth initiatives, enhancing organizational capability and providing the optimum structure to execute the plans and general management of Saudi Arabia business.

The successful candidate must have:

» Saudi Nationality
» Strong understanding and demonstrable experience of working in the services sector in KSA
» At least 8 years management experience, including 3+ years in similar roles / sectors and ideally with multinational companies in Saudi Arabia
» Proven track record of delivering organic growth through the development and implementation of ‘best practice’ management principles
