The RoleThe Role[1] Manages & develops the strategic and tactical direction of the company. [2] Manages & participates in obtaining new client companies, and participates in discussions, presentations and negotiations. [3] Develops business within the GCC market by obtaining Client companies and related business to achieve the revenue and internal Rate of Return targets of the business. [4] Involves sourcing business contacts or using contacts referred by shareholders; builds and enhances relationships with existing or potential clients and leads the negotiating on commercial, and contractual issues. [5] Develops a marketing and sales strategy to develop the Company's business in the medium to long term. |
RequirementsRequirementsThe candidate should hold a degree from a reputed university, with a minimum of 8 years experience in a senior management position. He should be fluent in both Arabic and English. Ability to work within a team is essential, but with a leadership qualities. He should find it easy to communicate with his subordinate managers, whether face to face, or by other means. He should be able to communicate extensively with client companies. The position requires frequent traveling within the GCC states, in addition to travelling within Saudi Arabia. |
