Job description / Role
Objective: The overall strategic management and control of the whole department within the company
Main Responsibilities:
*General Management Function
*Sales, After sales and Business development function
*Financial Management
*Procurement and Supply Chain Function
*Human Resource and People Management
Reporting to : Managing Director
Number required : 1
Duration : Permanent
Desired start date : ASAP
Probation : 3 months
Working hours : Sunday to Thursday
Travel requirements : Occasional including Afghanistan
Gross monthly base salary : up to 60k AED total package
Requirements
University qualifications : Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
Other certifications : MBA
Previous experience : 5-10 years in a managerial role in power generation or heavy equipment.
Other Skills : Leadership ability, prioritize and meet deadlines
Ideal Age Range : 35
Gender Preference : male
Language Skills : English, Arabic
Knowledge of Jebel Ali export also advantageous
