Employment: Full Time

An opportunity with a Leading FMCG Organsation in the Middle East.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will be responsible to plan and direct the company's operations. Responsibilities would include formulating policies, managing daily operations and planning the use of financial information and organizational capital within the company while being responsible for overall profitability, production, manufacturing, pricing, sales and distribution. Being responsible for several production facilities within the U.A.E, you would ideally have managed an FMCG business with a similar structure possessing experience within the Middle East.

Requirements

To qualify for this role you will have a university Degree preferably an MBA with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in business management, planning & financial oversight. Should have general management and FMCG business knowledge with proven skills in FMCG sales, business and financial management. You should be an effective communicator on all levels with strong leadership and influencing skills.
