Job description / Role
This is a leadership position reporting to the CEO, it requires excellence in Construction Contracting General Management, Strategic Planning, Business Transformation and Global Initiative Management, in order to set up the general strategic direction of the company and formulate a winning work plan. You will have to guide, motivate, manage and control all managers/directors. You will totally be in charge to promote company's business as Profit Center. You should be a High Power Individual, with the ability to facilitate growth, optimize investment, increase profitability, create a culture diversity in the company that is adaptable to the ever-changing business environment, strategize foreign market penetration and establish a firm base in the region.
The ideal candidate should have excellent relationships with the key decision makers, an entrepreneur approach and be adapt at maintaining the company's corporate background and significant track record in identifying driving &closing complex deals.
Requirements
- Degree educated in Civil Engineering/Architect from a recognized university, MBA holder plus PMP, Business Management Courses.
- Must have a proven track record in UAE/GCC with 10+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Well versed with several business discipline including Construction Contracting Management, financial management, Industrial, Civil Engineering.
- Extensive key industry knowledge with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English and preference will be given to Arabic written speaking candidates.
