Employment: Full Time

A Saudi Arabian FMCG trading company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia dealing in a a number of products of which some are market leader in KSA. This particular business is a new concept in the food service sector with a number of cafe and retail outlets.

Reporting to the COO, the overall purpose of this role is to develop & establish the concept and brand for the cafe and retail outlets across the Kingdom and further development across the Middle East, subsequently delivering the agreed business strategy, sales & profitability targets.

Managing a team of around 100 employees, with 2 senior reports and $5.5M in turnover you will be fully responsible for the operations and business development opportunities across the Kingdom identifying new partners and locations, growing the concept across the Middle East utilizing good PR plans working with the senior corporate teams in Jeddah HQ.

You will be tasked with achieving the set budgets and managing the entire P&L, real estate portfolio and people development plans with a clear strategy and communications. You will be a hands on operator and perhaps been working at a senior level with a food service company managing multiple units and have been managing a single site in the past and will naturally understand the dynamics of running a retail food outlet.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Hospitality or Business Administration with understanding and exposure to the existing hospitality industry.
• 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in the hospitality / restaurant industry, including at least 5 years in operations as well as a direct managerial role. With full profit & loss responsibility. Management experience in one of the leading coffee chains would be a distinct advantage.
• Ability to understand consumers and put in place creative campaigns to increase footfall
• Ability to manage both the day to day operation in the existing stores, and successfully manage expansion
