Job description / Role
General Manager
I am looking for a General Manager for a depot in Jeddah. This position reports to a regional manager and will govern all P&L for the local operation. You will work for a market leading multinational with an excellent reputation in the power sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• To take full responsibility for P&L
• Manage proposals and ensure customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance of correct company procedures including best practice operating procedures and relevant health and safety measures
• Demonstrate effective use of ERP systems
• Motivate and engage all depot employees

Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Experienced at managing P&L for business in excess of $20 million
• Engineering / electrical background preferred
• Heavy industry experience
• Experience in the rental market would be an advantage
• Efficient use of CRM systems
• Available to travel across Middle East
• Strong sales background
