Job description / Role

My Clients operate within the supply of water and gas, sewage treatment, fire protection, industrial water and oil & gas.

With years of manufacturing experience combined with an in-depth commercial knowledge of market needs around the world.


The Role

•The prime aim is to lead and develop sales and product profitability on the Industrial Valve
• Ensure approvals are in place with main clients in the region.
• To manage the day to day activities for sales organization.
• To develop strong relationships with key clients.
• Determine required product package for the market
• Managing a Team of 4 with growth expected
• Experience from the industrial sector and understanding of the project business between client, contractor and consultant and how to influences decision makers is a must.
• Ensuring that key commercial objectives are implemented and monitored.
• Build up relationships with key EPC’s and end users.
• Develop and prepare monthly report to manufacturing companies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly forecasts for sales and bookings.
• Working on specifications and approvals to ensure preference for company products.

Requirements

• Western candidate / western education
• 10 - 15years experience
• Engineering degree
• Experience within General Management / Senior Management role
• Interested in a new exciting role in Qatar
• Business Development and P&L experience
• Industrial Experience - Valves / Pumps manufacturing
• Experience managing a team and driving the business forward
• Strong commercial background.
