General Manager

Job description / Role

A very large FMCG consumer electronics organization that also specializes in IT and office support products is looking for a General Manager for their Qatar office.

- You will have full legal responsibility sign off in this role
- You will be working for one of the largest organizations in this arena in the globe
- Full P&L responsibility
- Full responsibility of budgets, sales and marketing and ensuring they hit targets
- This is a new office for them and needs a high end candidate to run the business and ensure it is lead the right way
- Management of the office
- Reporting to the CEO - Middle East

Requirements

- You will be currently a General Manager for a Consumer Electronics, IT or office support supplier at the moment
- You will speak English and Arabic
- You will currently have full p&l responsibility in your role
- Candidates must have experience of leading a location, leading a sales team, ensuring the site hits budget
- You will have a business degree with a solid business acumen
- You will understand the GCC region and have middle east experience
- Excellent management and communication skils
- You will come from a sales background
