The RoleThe RoleOur client a well known Travel and Tourism specialist is looking to recruit a GENERAL MANAGER for their operations in Dubai. This position reports to the Director. The purpose of the role is to manage the overall operations and ensure a structured and result driven organization. Key Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction based on company plans and objectives. Create a motivated and committed workforce. Develop and implement policies and procedures. Keep the management abreast on developments and initiate growth initiatives. Initiate a performance based incentive scheme to ensure targets are achieved. Develop and create a competitive environment and ensure value add to the bottom line. |
RequirementsRequirementsKey Attributes: 4-5 years experience in a similar industry Masters Degree from a recognized university Structured and result driven individual Excellent communication skills Arabic language will be a definite plus |
