Job description / Role
Leap 29 are currently working with a prominent holding company in Qatar, who are seeking a GM of Hospitality.
The company is family run and experience in a similar organization is mandatory. You will be running a number of restaurants across 8 outlets in Qatar.
You will be reporting directly to the Owners and Board members. You will be responsible developing guiding and training the managers of each of the restaurants under you. You will have a minimum of 10 years experience working with the franchised model of restaurants or from a hotel background. Fast food dining experience will not be accepted.
Requirements
- A degree in a relevant field
- At least 10 years experience running franchised restaurants or hotels
- Experience in the GCC region
- Experience having worked within a family company where you had contact with the owners
- Arabic language skills would be a strong advantage
