General Sales Manager - FMCG - Kenya

Millar Cameron are representing a leader in the bottling and drinks industry, who are looking for a General Sales Manager to join their office in Kenya.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a General Sales Manager to join a market leader in an executive position, reporting directly to the CEO.

The successful General Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:
- Leading and following the sales team on a daily basis
- Meeting sales targets
- Managing a team of 120 people
- Market activation

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG
- Experience in Coke systems desirable
- BA in business-related degree desirable
