Geomechanics Engineer - Russia

Requirements

Successful candidates need to have excellent communication skills in English and Russia and have following experience and qualifications:

*Bachelor or Master Degree in relevant discipline (Petroleum Eng., Geology or Geophysics)
*Minimum of 3 years' experience
*Ability to support drilling operations through real time Geomechanics
*Background in applying Geomechanical models to optimize fracture stimulation, drilling and well placement; minimize reservoir compaction, surface subsidence and sand production.
*Capable of providing real-time decision support to the drilling team to maximize drilling efficiency and minimize risk while achieving the well objectives.
*Excellent knowledge of 1d or 3D static and dynamic models
*Knowledge of Rock Mechanics and Geophysics
