Job description / Role
A successful and continuously growing fashion retailer in Kuwait is looking to hire a talented Girlswear Designer to join their dynamic Design Team.
As the Girlswear Designer, you will be responsible for:
* Designing and developing successful ranges within set deadlines
* Introducing innovative designs to the product area
* Ensuring that the product designs cater to the brands target market
* Working closely with the Design Manager and the buying team to ensure that the range is kept up to date with the latest trends
Requirements
To qualify, you must have the following skills and experience:
* Degree in Fashion or equivalent
* At least 3 years of commercial experience in a girlswear design environment
* Strong market trend awareness
* Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and other digital design tools Passion for fashion and eye for design
