NTS Group are currently working exclusively to recruit a Global Associate Brand Manager for a leading FMCG company to be based in Dubai.
This role is for a business partner and leader who will:
* Support the delivery of market-winning acquisition activities centered around consumers in retail / out of pocket / OTC channel across global markets - both developed markets and emerging markets.
* Assist the roll out integrated campaigns for the portfolio that serve as compelling customer experiences within retail environment in lead markets (US, Canada, France, China, India, Russia, MEA, Mexico, Brazil)
* Liaise effectively with local country sales & marketing colleagues and agencies to deliver best in class in-store activities to best support aspirations for the category.
* Support the reinforcement of a culture of connection, sharing and leverage of best practices across markets and campaigns to maximize efficient growth Exhibit a global mindset in all your activities, preferably drawing on multi-market or international experience.
Requirements
* Degree in Marketing
* Min 2 years experience within a Marketing position, preferably with regional exposure for an MNC.
* Strong experience within Shopper/Customer Marketing.
* Excellent project management skills.
* FMCG Experience
* Exceptional communication, presentation and influencing skills.
