Global Associate Marketing Director

NTS Group are exclusively representing a leading global multinational company to recruit an Associate Director of Marketing for the Global Markets division based in Dubai.
The position is part of a new team in Dubai and will be managing a team locally and internationally. The role reports into the Global Head of Marketing.
This role is for a business leader and partner who will:
* Lead the delivery of innovative engagement and advocacy programs to drive consumption and usage frequency among current consumers in retail / direct to consumer and hospital channels across Global Emerging Markets (GEMs) to deliver breakthrough growth targets.
* Rolls out industry leading programs for consumer motivation in all GEMs especially (China, India, Russia, MEA, Mexico, and Brazil)
* Drives excellence in execution of engagement programs, sets up right metrics and champions success tracking.
* Focus on uplift of in-market capabilities and skillsets through targeted development programs / trainings.
* Partners with lead markets on launch of appropriate programs with optimum investment to drive results / targeted ROI.
* Tracks health outcomes of different engagement programs for course correction / amplification of positive advocacy via different routes like word of mouth.
* Reinforce a culture of connection, sharing and leverage of best practices across GEMs and export key campaigns to maximize efficient growth.
* Exhibit a global mindset in all your activities, preferably drawing on multi-market or international experience.
Requirements
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing
* MBA Bonus
* Min 5 years experience within consumer marketing, specifically looking at loyalty and consumer retention schemes.
* Hands-on P&L Experience
* Track record of successful people leadership
* Robust Influencing and Negotiation Skills
* Collaborative leadership
* Connective communication
* Core brand usage marketing skills
