Our Client, a Global Oil & Gas Company is looking to recruit a permanent Compensation & Benefits Manager to be based in Dubai. This senior appointment will report directly to the Head of HR and will cover a global remit.

You will provide professional leadership, advice and coordination in the planning, design, implementation and administration of job classification, compensation and benefits programs, and the broader range of compensation-related issues. This will include attraction, retention & development, compensation & benefits planning, strategic advice and running a number of projects.

Technical competencies:

• Advanced analysis skills.
• Advanced expert knowledge of contemporary compensation software and systems.
• Advanced numerical skills and strong business/financial acumen
• Advanced project management experience and skill
• Advanced change management experience and skill

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 10 years’ experience
• A degree in Human Resources with a Masters degree highly desirable.
• A depth of understanding of the Oil & Gas industry gained through direct experience.
• Substantial experience in Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits.
• Specialist knowledge and experience in remuneration systems and provision of advice on alternatives.
• Proven ability to work within a close knit team.

This role requires an experienced Reward professional who has had a wealth of exposure to different working environments and cultures. You will have preferably worked on a global scale dealing with multiple countries. Ideally you will have a western background and able to input strategically in the most globally advanced, forward thinking manner.
