Job description / Role
My client, one of the largest hotel groups in the region are rapidly expanding across the globe and are looking for a Global Contact Centre Operations Manager. This role is ideal for an experienced call centre manager with a strong hospitality background. The role of Global Contact Centre Operations Manager is a comprehensive one and one of the key positions for my client when achieving the implementation of Company Strategy and maintaining the high standards of service and management of people. The individual will have 85 direct employees reporting and will be responsible for leading and motivating the team in addition to ensuring efficient communication across teams and departments.
Additional responsibilities will include:
Employee management, including target setting, performance reviews and disciplinary procedures.
Managing direct reports to ensure they are maximizing their teams potential.
Ensuring senior management is updated with all of the required information about selling strategies and overall performance.
Requirements
My client is looking for candidates with the following experience and qualifications;
2 years minimum experience of working in a multi-national call centre environment in a leadership role.
Fluent in English verbal and written.
Excellent presentation skills.
Experience in conducting and planning meetings.
Recruitment and Interviewing Skills.
Strong Coaching Skills.
A strong leader.
