The RoleThe RoleAccountable for: • Managing the team members’ efforts to increase collection and reduce the delinquency ratios in Personal, Housing, and Auto loans, as well as credit cards. • Analyzing reasons of delinquency and communicating them to related department to take into consideration in policies and processes of granting loans/credit cards. • Making decisions regarding the delinquent customers when there are any indications that affect Bank’s rights collection like transferring customers’ files to the Credit Recovery Department • Prepare a plan for the department teams which include Real-Estate, Personal, Auto and Visa loans teams. • Review the delinquency ratios report according the statistics to comment on any exceptional change. • Review and discuss the statistic with the team leaders daily to guarantee the best performance. • Receive a monthly detail of the statistic to evaluate and comment on the employees’ performance. • A daily following up with delinquency control officers for customers whom have been getting the biggest amounts of loans in all products. In addition, following up them by phone and studying their files to identify the reasons of the delinquent. • Studying the customers files ,whom are required to be sent to the Credit Recovery Department. • Reply to inquiries of the Credit Recovery Department or the Legal Department for the sent customers files orally or by writing. • Signing on all department mails in class “A” whether they are relating to the legal unit, pawn and confiscation or facilitations committee decisions that related to tabulate of delinquent loans. |
RequirementsRequirementsJob Requirements: Education: University degree from a reputable university Experience: Min. 15 years experience in a related field. Competencies: • Fluent in English and in Arabic • Good communication skills • Excellent negotiations skills • Excellent time & project management skills • Good presentation & communication Skills |
