Job description / Role
Global Head of IT, pp to AED 45,000 per month, plus benefits
Our client, a leading organisation in the UAE, is currently looking for Global Head of IT for their growing team in Dubai.
The key responsibilities for this role are; Lead the IT function globally, including delivery, increasing business and customer satisfaction. You will also optimise the overall efficiency and quality of IT systems, develop and negotiate high performance service level agreements with both internal and external customers and also service providers and monitor service delivery to ensure that agreed targets and standards are met and develop and implement efficient processes for all IT activities, including applications development, infrastructure, web services, end-user training, adoption, operations and support. You will also direct the preparation and implementation of policies, procedures and standards relating to information and telecommunication systems and maximise business processes efficiency and requirements, supporting the fixing of critical IT systems and always proactively look to improve the systems of the company, with a keen eye for always ensuring the best customer experience.
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have 10+ years of relevant professional IT experience, with a proven track record of achievements and be educated to degree level equivalent in Information Technology or a related discipline and experience in managing a global ICT infrastructure and in implementing and deploying an ERP solution. There will also be an element of traveling with this job role.
