Employment: Full Time

A globally recognised agronomic and vegetable seed company with a 20 year track record of success and growth is now looking to hire a Global Marketing Communications Manager for their global office in Dubai. The position reports into the Global Marketing Director.

Responsible Geography:

Asia, Africa, Australia, Europe, CIS, LATAM, NAFTA

Key Challenges:

To be the central resource for all branding strategies in the international markets and bring alignment and consistency into their branding strategies across crops and geographies.
To create corporate identity while keeping different brand faces towards the customers.
To work with Product Managers creating new product launch plans and support regional product launch campaigns.
To develop and execute an impactful strategy roll out plan to on board the full organisation. Coordinate the operational roll out in each region.
To translate business results and strategies into powerful shareholder communication.
To develop and drive a customer centric media plan and campaigns.
To support the Marketing Director operationally in leading the global marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop the brand model and identity based on existing vision and values.
Develop an integrated communication plan to promote the brand as powerful tool to create corporate identity. Coordinate brand building activities with regions.
Review and re-design, where needed, brand models and guidelines for existing product brands, ensure global standards and usage. Police brand guideline execution with all regions.
Develop global promotion campaigns for new product launches, ready for regional adaptation. Lead regional teams in fine-tuning their promotion campaigns.
Develop product and technology training material and events for sales and distribution partners.
Manage the Marketing Communications calendar and budget in line with the overall marketing strategy.
Establish a global, central customer data base and develop a process to use and update the information.
Develop a strategy roll out communication plan and execute the roll out in close collaboration with the regions.
Prepare shareholder communication prior to shareholder meetings.
Develop a fresh brand website.
Identify most impactful means to create impact at defined target customer segments. Develop customer centric communications plans.
Prepare marketing meetings, workshops and trainings as operational support to the Marketing Director.

Requirements

To be considered for this opportunity you must have the following skills and attributes:

Masters in Marketing Communication.
Minimum of 5 years experience in international of global marketing communications.
Experience in B2B marketing and corporate communication.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, advanced knowledge of marketing communications concepts, principles and standards.
Excellent English language skills.
Ability to translate strategy and business results into powerful communication.
Ability to interact with international colleagues.
Ability to meet deadlines and budget targets.
Ability to travel globally.
