Global Process & Systems Engineer

Job description / Role

Enable building an effective global Procurement organization and driving change through directing and managing the following functions:

• Conduct functional capability assessment with existing systems and platforms
• Develop and deploy effective systems across the whole of global procurement organization, through developing the procurement platform and the master data
• Manage the development, automation and standardization (as applicable) of Procurement processes globally in line with best practices
• Identify business process interruptions and implement corrective actions
• Drive innovation, and identify and disseminate best practices within the Procurement organization globally
• Perform benchmarking and develop best-in-class practices, i.e. Procurement process re-engineering
• Disseminate best practices across the organization
• Continuously look for opportunities to make the function’s processes more efficient and its over the period

Requirements

BS or Master degree Engineering / Business Administration, Supply Management, IT/ MIS

Minimums Experience 5 years in procurement field.
