Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

- Assist the expert in supporting companies in building cases for internal initiatives around services enhancements and build business cases around initiatives that the e-government can benefit from.
- Trigger opportunities for transformation of high priority entity services for companies.
- Assist the expert and Manager in responding to the Ad Hoc requests around the IT modernization of companies.
- Assist in consulting on the modernization of projects and engage staff and work off- and on-site as required for the duration of the project (as an oversight role) with the support of the PMO department.
- Support companies in the development and implementation, including change management plans (in coordination with the PMO Department.
- Gather Modernization requirement towards modernizing some of the current services provided to the public.

Requirements

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration, IT management or any other related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience in Project Management and coordination.
- Assist the Expert and Manager in collaborating with government entities to evaluate and participate in enhancing services processes.
- Assist the Expert and Manager in collaborating with government entities to facilitate any cross government integration requirements business cases.
- Assist the Expert and Manager in collaborating with government entities to ensure the system readiness that services are being provided through.
