Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a financial institution who is looking to hire a bilingual (Arabic / English) Government Relations Manager to join their team. This role will represent the organisation in communications with the Ministry of Immigration and government officials.
As Government Relations Manager you will manage a team of 10. Your main responsibilities will be dealing with the Labour and Immigration Departments and obtaining labour approvals for bulk visas and restricted categories. You will build relationships with key officials and ensure excellent relationships are maintained to the highest level. As part of this role, you will also be required to travel to various sites.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have experience in a similar role and thorough knowledge of the procedures at the immigration office. You should have managerial experience as well as familiarity working for a large company with a minimum of 1,000 employees. It is essential you have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
