Job description / Role
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Preparing paperwork for staff applications for ID cards, airports passes, driving licenses, car registration etc.
• Drafting notes for the UAE government departments.
• Keeping electronic records of applications to various departments.
• Receiving and preparing documentation for all visa purposes.
• Maintaining an effective brings up system for renewal of ID cards, visa, car registration etc.
• Processing and coordinating import and export of Unaccompanied Airfreight/Sea Freight.

• Fluent in oral and written English.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes and be able to adapt to other systems;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• A team player who is capable of working on their own initiative;
• Experience of working in a diverse environment;
• Excellent customer care skills;
• Adaptable and flexible with a positive attitude to change;
• Proven organisational ability.
• Has a UAE Driving License
General Embassy working hours are 07.30 am to 2.30 pm. Sunday Thursday. The starting salary will be Dirhams 7,750 per month (inclusive of allowances), band 12.
