Graduate Analyst - Real Estate Firm

A leading global real estate firm have an opportunity for an Analyst to join their Valuations Advisory team in Riyadh. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent, analytically capable graduate to join a leading firm.

As an Analyst your responsibilities will include;
- Undertaking valuations and reports for a wide banking and property company client base
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Assisting the team in achieving budget and growing the business line
- Carrying out excellent quality valuations adhering to challenging deadlines
- Coordinating and assisting with MENA wide portfolio valuations

Requirements

The successful individual will have a related degree with strong research skills and an understanding of financial modelling. You will have up to 2 years experience and be a Saudi National.

- Microsoft office package essential
- Ability to work under tight time constraints in order to deliver high quality service
- Must have a strong verbal and numerical skills and be comfortable with report writing
