Employment: Full Time

Our client is leading cost management consultant in the Middle East. They have always viewed property and construction assets as having complex, integrated lifecycles. This consultant delivers a portfolio of services along this lifecycle, from concept through design and construction to the management and maintenance of a project or asset. They are one of the leading asset management and construction consultants, established for more than 100 years.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Undertake services within an engineering environment.
- Under supervision, assist with the preparation of technical designs in accordance with approved design procedures.
- Preparation of related documents, drawings and develop a knowledge of specialist software.
- Develop knowledge of Health and Safety Responsibilities and of other company procedures.
- Be an active and collaborative team member.
- Agree delivery targets with senior staff and report regularly on progress towards milestones.
- Take responsibility for own personal development with the support of the Team Leader and following an agreed program.
- Meet graduate development objectives.

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering
- Excellent communication skills in both written and verbal (Arabic and English)
- Demonstrated report writing skills of a high calibre.
- Excellent client relationship skills, demonstrated by referees.
- Excellent team skills.
- Able to work to deadlines and under pressure.
- Good problem solving skills & creative thinking (innovation).
- Takes accountability for assigned work.
- Able to take initiative and to be self motivated.
