Graduate Surveyors / Newly Qualified Surveyors required for UAE based consultancy.

Our client is part of a well known and respected financial services organisation based in the Middle East. Due to growth and an influx of work, this respected bank is seeking a number of graduates / newly qualified surveyors to join its real estate consultancy. With offices across a number of Emirates, our client is seeking a junior surveyor to be based in Dubai.

As a surveyor within the valuation team, you will be tasked with:
* Liaising with clients varying from private individuals to bank representatives
* Conducting valuations on predominately commercial property although you will handle some residential files
* Maintaining client relationships
* Organising and writing reports on behalf of clients following the valuation

Requirements

This is an exciting opportunity for either a fresh graduate, a trainee surveyor currently doing their APC or a newly qualified surveyor to join rapidly growing brand. Our client will offer APC training if required along with a fast tracked progression programme

Surveyors applying for this role must be happy to relocate to the Middle East and be committed to a career within real estate.

Our client is offering between AED 12,000 and AED 15,000 per month (equivalent to 24,000 - 30,000 per annum) depends on level and experience along with a full EXPAT package.
