Graduate Management Program - Healthcare Services, ME

GMP is a 1 year program for fresh graduates that offers a core curriculum that fosters the development of commercial, technical and leadership skills critical to success in GE Healthcare. The program prepares candidates for a successful career in GE providing the opportunity to learn about our products, industry, and customers. The graduate will experience two six-month rotations within the business, which can include commercial, sales, services, project management, and marketing.

The GMP is an excellent starting point for any graduate wishing to grow their career with GE. The intention is to develop a pipeline for leaders as there is an opportunity at the end of the 12 months of converting him/her into a full time hire for leadership program or an entry level position if available.

- Ensure RFS are handled within the objectives set by the Service Delivery Manager and in accordance with the Call Handling Process.
- Escalate to SC Manager in case performance targets can not be met by the team
- Ensure follow up of the processes
- Develop a close working relationship with the relevant regional Service Leaders to ensure consistent Service Delivery and resolve customer issues
- Support the Region in Service Delivery and Service Productivity improvement.
- Support Service Centre Initiatives, to increase customer satisfaction Lead escalation to TS (Mod/LCT) when Field Engineers are not available
- Ensure preventative maintenance scheduling is carried out spreading the workload appropriately amongst the engineers optimizing site ownerships (where applicable).
- Ensure the alerts are kept to a minimum, with an accurate status of each job recorded in MUST (where applicable)
- Ensure MUST is updated with Engineer holiday, Sickness and training (where applicable)
- Member of the Service Center Management Team
- Follow up on LOJ
- Follow IDSC SOP in managing distributors
- Takes incoming RFS and logs the problem in MUST, if required
- Identifies our contractual commitments, accurate use of remote support
- Accurate use of FE diary
- Supports the Junior & Qualified Co-coordinators as required
- Accurate use of the Escalation Process
- Takes incoming calls from FEs related to dispatching
- Enters all comments and agree action plan
- Offers suggestions on possible solutions
- When preferred FE not available uses the training records and maps to find a suitable resource
- Takes a leading role in resolving FE Assignment issues, escalating as required to Specialist/Team Leader/ZSeM to ensure Customer commitment is met
- Orders parts using the current parts ordering System
- Organizes distribution if part in the Network
- Communicates with Logistics to resolve any parts supply issues
- Escalates to Specialist co-coordinator, Team Leader or Service Manager if Customer commitment is not possible
- Fully understands and implements the CSO process as required
- Represents the Service Centre at Local Service Area meetings, as required, giving and receiving feedback on performance.

Requirements

Qualifications/Requirements
1. Fresh University Degree in engineering (preferably bio-med or electrical) with maximum 2 years of experience
2. Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook
3. Effective time management and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities
4. In countries where applicable, a GPA of at least 3.0
5. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills (English and Arabic)
