Job description / Role

The Role

This role involves the full cycle recruitment process including new business development, account management, lead generation, head hunting, fee negotiation and closing deals. You will conduct telephone interviews with candidates, face to face meetings with clients and manage the whole process including taking feedback and job specs from clients. You will be working alongside some extremely successful consultants who will teach you the tricks of the trade!

Requirements

The Person

You should be a graduate or of graduate calibre and ideally have some sales experience to apply for this Graduate Trainee Recruitment position. You should be self motivated and want to progress your career, and you should have the confidence to cold call clients to pick up new business. A professional telephone manner is needed, as well as good rapport building skills in order to build strong relationships with your clients.
