An internationally renowned management consultancy is looking for a Graduate Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Dubai.

In this role, you will be involved in coordinating a full graduate recruitment cycle from graduate attraction, campus activities, assessment to on-boarding. As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for the development of recruitment processes and sourcing strategies, therefore previous experience in this area should be evident in your application.

As the successful candidate you will have recent experience within a graduate recruitment environment ideally within Financial or Professional Services.

You will be degree-educated or equivalent, have strong communication skills and be able to liaise effectively at all levels.
