The RoleThe RoleGraduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Dubai Oceanic Resources International specialise in recruitment for the Freight Forwarding, Shipping, Logistics, Removals and Relocation sectors. Established for 20 years, we are widely recognised and enjoy an excellent reputation for the level of service and quality of candidate we deliver. Due to on-going expansion in our Dubai office we are seeking trainee recruitment consultant who has recently graduated and is looking for an exciting opening. Full Training will be provided. This role is fast paced, demanding and diverse. It is also very challenging and exciting and no two days are ever the same. The Trainee Recruitment Consultant will be involved in the whole recruitment life cycle from developing client relationships, attending client visits, new business development, advertising, interviewing and managing your candidates through our client's selection process to the point where you place the candidate in a suitable role.
