Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The role: Responsible for the graphic design aspect of all marketing related materials used by the marketing department. In-house web administrator

Duties & Responsibilities
The duties and responsibilities of this position will include, but are not limited to the following:

- Design electronic (in relevant file formats) and printed versions of various marketing materials (in English and Arabic) e.g., investment executive summaries which are used by the firm as a key tool for marketing its products.
- Obtain high quality images for investment materials by liaising with investment teams and creatively searching the net.
- Liaise with intermediate design firms and printing presses in Bahrain to deliver hard copies of various marketing materials within a designated timeframe.
- Create and update platform presentations, investment proposals and other marketing related documents in PowerPoint as per directions from members of PRM.
- Develop an understanding of information and process flows (and gaps thereof) across the firm and a good working relationship with respective internal counterparties.
- Undertake special projects, as required.
- Perform additional duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

- Must have worked in a financial institution,
- Fluent in English and Arabic written and spoken , can translate Arabic to English and vice versa,
- Can work under minimal supervision,
- Must have experience in web design and administration, and graphic designing,
- Must have the passion for the job.
