You can even decorate temporarily for a specific occasion, as our decals are fully removable. You also dont have to stick to the walls - our decals can be applied to any smooth, non-porous surface.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in supporting the day to day running, as well as the development, sustainability and growth of this creative SME.
- This person shall be responsible to manage all residential bespoke requests as well as some commercial.
In this role you will report to the owner, as well as support the work of the Operations Manager.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Plan and carry out direct marketing activities (principally direct mail and personal visits concentrating on the home decoration segment) to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and time scales.
- Liaise and attend meetings necessary to perform duties and aid business and organisational development.
- Plans concept by studying information and materials, following clients brief and budget.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting layout for approval.
- Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment;
- Completes projects by coordinating with in house/outside agencies, printers, etc.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Marketing and advertising and promotion planning.
- Sales organisation planning and development.
- Appropriate Administration, budgeting, monitoring, reporting, communication.
- Self-development and continuing personal development, as agreed from time to time.
- Maintain and update online CRM system.
- Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.
- Sort emails and direct to the correct person to deal with.
- Be responsible for carrying out, and helping develop where necessary, administrative systems such as records management.
- Be responsible for updating master contact databases.
- Be prepared to represent E-Walls on stalls or at events as appropriate.
