Job description / Role
- Provide support to users
- Respond to users inquiries
- Responsible for installation and configuration and upgrade
- Create and manage reports and forms through ERP system or other reporting tool
- Taking backup and restore system database
- Follow up and enhance system cycle
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years experience
- Must have functional and technical experience in working on Dynamics GP2010 and GP 2013 R2 and Integration Manager
- Management Reported 2012
- Experience in SQL 2008 and 2012 administration and SSRS
- FRX experience
- Familiar with sharepoint services
