Overview

A Multinational Advertising Agency is looking for a tenured, experienced, aggressive, professional Group Account Director to join their Dubai office leading a group of key agency accounts focused in FS, Hospitality, and Media.

The Role

The Group Account Director will report directly into the General Manager and be responsible for two Account Managers. They will be responsible for the following:

-Managing Senior Level Client Relationships
-Oversee and contribute towards the strategic direction of their accounts
-Organically grow the accounts
-Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Be able to deliver integrated solutions as well as digital (a must)
-Lead and/or assist in new business pitches

The Person

The ideal candidate will have the following

-10-15 years’ experience in an Advertising Agency
-Sound understanding consumer insights, and latest trends
-Experience developing coaching, mentoring and grow direct reports
-Work with large demanding clients, proven track record of making a difference to client's business
-Knowledgeable of the communication process, including, but not limited to production
-Arabic Speakers will be given preference
