Triage International is currently looking for a Group Compensation and Benefits Manager for our client in Dubai.
Our client is looking for the first level of HR Specialist responsible for analytical and professional level support to the Compensation and Benefits function for group companies. The job will also be responsible for training individuals and groups within a given framework.
Major accountability or responsibilities.
1. Provides analytical and professional level support to the compensation and benefits function
2. Manages payroll accuracy for group companies through monthly validation exercises
3. Managing training of BU counterparts in payroll and other HRMS functional responsibilities
4. Responsible for developing a competitive compensation & benefit plan, administrative procedures
5. Responsible for administering and analyzing figures for Annual Salary Review process
6. Administering the bonus planning, design, review and implementation
7. Responsible for evaluating system & process effectiveness
8. Operational budget planning and administration
9. Development of reward programs for group companies
Requirements

Experience Required
1. Over 7 years experience as in HR
2. Minimum of 5 yrs experience in pure Compensation and Benefits
3. Expert Proficiency in Oracle HRMS & payroll process
4. Strong numerical and analytical skills
5. Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills
6. Well-versed in UAE labor law
7. Excellent communication & influencing skills
8. Accuracy/Attention to details
9. Team player
Leadership/Supervisory - Minimum 7 years in supervisory/managerial role.
Education and Qualifications Required
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Qualified Job Evaluator
3. Previous exposure to Salary Review Process
