Group HR Director

Job description / Role

Charterhouse is working with an international holding company. Our client is looking to hire a Group HR Director to join their expanding organisation to assist in their growth plans.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will manage a large team and be heavily involved in plans to double the size of the company within the next 2 years. You will also assess the current situation of the company, forecast requirements, conduct gap analysis and develop HR strategies to support organisational strategy. Additionally, you will be involved in financial plans and examining costs relating to recruitment and training.

Requirements

The successful candidate should have at least 15 years experience and have previously managed a large team. It is essential you have strategic experience within a large organisation and possess knowledge of financial planning, forecasting and developing strategies.
