Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with a rapidly expanding world class manufacturing company headquartered in Dubai. Our client is looking to hire an experienced Group HR Director to support rapid, large-scale global growth.
Reporting to the Group CEO, you will act as an advisor to senior leadership on all human capital management matters and focus on the implementation of HR strategies and practices that will support the robust business growth and reinforce a performance focused culture.
The role will be centralised around organisational development (setting strategy for the business and driving forward capability) as well as the development of retention strategies and execution of a learning and development plan. You will act as a business partner, focusing on employee engagement of the 3 business units and head up all key HR projects such as HRIS implementation and providing leadership on process and governance.
Requirements
The successful candidate should ideally hold a Degree in HR, psychology or business management. You should have a minimum of 8 years' experience alongside a solid background in change management, organisational development, performance management, recruitment and human capital metrics. It is essential you are an experienced senior HR professional who has previously worked within the manufacturing, distribution or technical sectors having experience working with a blue collar workforce.
